Km-Parts is an online store for tuning and spare parts for passenger cars, vans and SUVs. The company has been importing and retailing since 2006. The terms of delivery described below apply to deliveries in Finland.


All prices include VAT of 24%.


For each order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you have provided. If the order confirmation has not arrived after 24h please always contact us. tel. 050 5992111 or info@km-parts.fi


1. Delivery time

We deliver all orders on the same day (orders placed before 14.00) or at the latest on the next working day. Delivery time for stock items is always around 2-3 working days.


 2. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the order from 1€ to 18€.
Free delivery for orders over 200€* paid by online payment, delivery to the nearest Posti or Matkahuolto.


**Free delivery does not apply to orders that contain products longer than 200 cm or the circumference + length of the products is longer than 300 cm. These products are e.g. roof railings, side bars, side steps, bumpers and large irons for trucks.


3. Payment

3.1 Payment service provider 

The payment service provider and payment service processor is.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and
credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee of the payment
on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints
please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Online banks
Implements the payment service related to online banking payments
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and
with credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works perfectly
like traditional online payment.


Orders can be paid with the following payment methods:


3.1 Online payment: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Aktia, Pop-pankki, NordeaBusiness, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, Oma Säästöpankki, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken. In addition, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express and Mastercard cards are used as a means of payment.

Payment is made through the Paytrail site (formerly Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy). Paytrail is responsible for the security of online banking and credit card payments. The most important principle of Paytrail's operation is security - both for the merchant, for the consumer buying from the online service, and for the banks and credit institutions working as our partners. All of the company's operating models are built from the point of view of secure online payments.

Paytrail also applies to the duties of care and good governance set by Finnish law. Paytrail only receives payments mediated by EU banking license holders and does not, in turn, mediate money transactions to parties that are not under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority.


3.2 Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards

If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, KM-Parts Oy acts only as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. KM-Parts Oy is therefore only responsible for product marketing, delivery and handling possible complaints.

arises between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. Seller's responsibility
are all trade-related obligations. Paytrail Oyj is
also the payee.


3.3 Flexible Invoice & Flexible Installment

Flexible invoice and Partial payment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have handled their financial affairs flawlessly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free payment time. A billing surcharge of €2.90 is added to the purchase. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With installment payments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting at €9.90/month. The costs of the flexible installment are €3.90/month and a credit interest of 19.90%. You can pay for purchases of 30–3,000 euros with Jousto. Buying with Jousto is safe. In connection with your first purchase, you make a strong electronic identification. As a returning customer, you can easily identify yourself with a one-time use code sent to your phone. In connection with every purchase, we make a real-time and automated credit decision. The payment transaction and data transfer always take place in a secure connection. The invoice will be sent by e-mail. The credit provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy.

3.4 Collector Billing and installment service

We offer the possibility to pay by invoice or installments in cooperation with Collector, which is the invoicing service of Collector Credit AB. Payment method possible for purchases of up to €2,000.

When you choose Collector Invoice/Part Payment as the payment method, you will receive the ordered products at your home before paying for them. You can pay the entire amount at once or divide your payment into smaller installments.
The invoice is due on the last day of the month following the order, which means you can have up to 60 days of interest-free payment time. An invoicing fee of 2.95 euros is added to the invoice.
When you choose to pay by invoice or in installments, you can only order to your permanent address and you must be 20 years old at the time of ordering.
When you receive the bill, you can choose a 24-month installment by paying the minimum amount that appears on your bill. The installment interest is 1.6% per month, which corresponds to a nominal annual interest rate of 19.20%. When paying by installments, an account management fee of 2.95 euros per month is also charged.
We do a credit check when ordering. Late payments and unpaid invoices will be charged a reminder fee of 5 euros and 1.6% monthly interest for the delayed period.


3.5 Invoice
The invoice is only possible for already known companies, municipalities and government institutions. Km-Parts Oy reserves the right to decide the customer's creditworthiness.


3.6 Cash/card payment
Pickup arranged in advance can be paid for in cash or with the most common bank or credit cards. Pick-up of the goods must always be arranged by phone separately.


3.7 Mobile payments
Mobilepay, Pivo and Siirto are also available as mobile payment options.

4. Failure to pick up the order

For costs related to deliveries that are left uncollected from the office without a cancellation notice, we charge delivery costs in both directions and handling costs of €30


5. Product return

5.1. We grant a 14-day return right for our products. The customer is obliged to report the return within 14 days of receiving the product. The return must be completed within 14 days of making the return notification. The customer is responsible for the return costs. If the return is made at the seller's expense, the seller reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs from the possibly returned purchase amount.


5.2. The product must be returnable in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act. The purpose of the law is to give the consumer the right to get to know the product as it is possible in the store. We grant the customer the right to familiarize himself with the contents of the package. Product packaging should be opened with general caution.


5.3. The right of return is not granted for the product, if it was specifically ordered from the factory at the request of the buyer.


5.4. The products must be packed carefully. The minimum requirement is packaging of a similar level to the one that was around the product when it was delivered. We are not responsible for damage to improperly packaged returns. Remember to write your account number on the receipt for the refund.


6. We do not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery.


7. Returns can only be delivered via Matkahuolto or Posti. Please contact us before returning the product.

8. Shipments broken during delivery

If the shipment has been damaged in transit, the customer must report the damage immediately to the Matkahuolto / Posti agent. Also contact our online store and we will agree on the delivery of the new product.


9. Warranty

All products on sale in our online store have a 6-month warranty. Any additional guarantees are indicated in the product's notification text. The warranty does not cover indirect costs (costs arising from the installation of the products). The parts to be painted (bumpers, spoilers, skirt skirts, etc.) must definitely be trial fitted before painting.


10. Potential Disputes

If the dispute regarding the trade cannot be resolved through mutual negotiations, the consumer can refer the matter to the consumer dispute board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the customer must contact consumer advice (www.kuluttajariita.fi). In addition, the consumer can also use the online dispute resolution forum maintained by the European Commission (ec.europa.eu/odr).
